In this role, you’ll keep aluminum manufacturing equipment running at peak performance while upholding rigorous quality and safety standards. Role Snapshot Operate, monitor, and service production equipment to sustain optimal throughput and quality. Conduct routine inspections; identify issues; perform troubleshooting and corrective actions. Apply SOPs to maintain consistent processes and product quality. Support equipment setup, tooling installation, and calibration activities. Record process parameters, maintenance actions, and production outcomes accurately. Partner with cross-functional teammates to improve efficiency and safety culture. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to advance skills and processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; additional technical training/certifications preferred.
  • 1–3 years in manufacturing or a comparable technical environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and methodical problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort reading technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Effective communication and collaborative team orientation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
