About The Position

Step Into a Day on Our Maintenance Team From the first machine check to the last PM, your work keeps our plastics operation running smoothly. We have two pathways on the same team—an Apprenticeship track for emerging talent and a Lead/Working Foreman role for seasoned pros. Path 1: Maintenance Apprentice (Split Shift) Build your career while working side-by-side with experienced technicians. This junior role is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates, especially those familiar with injection molding. Assist with troubleshooting and repairs on injection molding and extrusion equipment Perform basic mechanical adjustments, scheduled PMs, and machine diagnostics Support production with setups and changeovers Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized What You Bring Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn industrial maintenance Experience in injection molding is highly preferred Ability to use hand tools and follow technical instructions Path 2: Maintenance Lead / Working Foreman (1st Shift) Lead daily maintenance while working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team. You’ll set the pace, solve the toughest equipment issues, and mentor others. Own day-to-day maintenance priorities and coordinate hands-on execution Troubleshoot and repair injection molding and extrusion machinery Perform electrical and hydraulic diagnostics Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Coach and support junior technicians What You Bring Strong mechanical background and a self-directed, hands-on approach Electrical experience required (read a voltmeter; comfortable up to 480V) Hydraulic troubleshooting experience Natural leadership with the ability to guide and develop others Proficiency with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems Whether you’re starting out or ready to lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping high-performance plastics equipment at peak uptime.
