Rubbercraft is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern who is a student undergoing on-the-job supervised training in preparation for a desired career. The individual performs a variety of tasks that provide engineering support to different company functional areas. About Rubbercraft: Rubbercraft is a trusted leader in engineered elastomer solutions serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. Our team designs and manufactures precision-molded seals, gaskets, and custom rubber components that perform in the most demanding environments. The Summer 2026 internship program will begin June 1st and run approximately 12–16 weeks, with anticipated end dates between August 28th and September 18th depending on availability. Interns will work 20–30 hours per week (minimum 20, maximum 30), Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling.
