Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completed at least one year of college coursework in Manufacturing, Chemistry, Engineering, Mathematics, Construction, Management, or related field.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Previous industrial or construction experience, a plus.
• Previous experience working in a sports team, academic team, or other projects of a team nature.
• Process improvement, process analysis, or project management experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operators and Supervisors to identify and implement process efficiency improvements.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Write, review, and update manufacturing procedures and work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop business cases and supporting documentation for capital equipment investment proposals.
• Assist with manufacturing-related projects aimed at increasing productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collect and evaluate process data to support decision-making and operational improvements.
