Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how things work.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.

Nice To Haves

• Interest or experience in 3D modeling/printing (SolidWorks is a plus).
• Comfortable using basic tools (bonus if you’ve used mills or lathes).

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, document, and execute a real process improvement initiative.
• Problem Solving: Analyze product lines, identify inefficiencies, and propose smart solutions.
• Engineering Design: Create and maintain technical documentation and design fixtures using 3D modeling tools.
• Team Collaboration: Work side-by-side with professional engineers and cross-functional teams.
