Program Description:
Provisur is committed to developing top college students and exposing them to different areas of work within our Engineering departments. Through our internship program, we offer students the opportunity to take theory taught in the classroom and apply it in the workplace. The level of difficulty of the work assignment will correspond to the student’s educational level.
Program Objective:
The Manufacturing Engineering Intern is primarily responsible for providing support to engineering and production in a variety of capacities depending on the group for which the intern is working. An intern would be expected to learn how to route parts and equipment through the production facility. Depending on the engineering group, the student intern may provide support through preparing routings to match the work flow per the manufacturing process, establishing time standards per manufacturing operation, and reviewing drawing changes, BOM changes, and process change requests.

Requirements

• Be a full-time student in an accredited educational institution.
• Be detail oriented and organized.
• Majoring in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
