The position is located at our manufacturing facility in the town of Pocahontas, in the heart of northeast Arkansas.

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior pursuing a Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office; Basic CAD modeling experience with Solid Works a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in projects related to automation, layout changes and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing to develop and refine production processes.
  • Investigate manufacturing challenges and design machine-based solutions.
  • Analyze process data, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations..
  • Help document and standardize procedures to ensure consistent product quality and performance.
