The position is located at our manufacturing facility in the town of Pocahontas, in the heart of northeast Arkansas.
Requirements
- Rising junior or senior pursuing a Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office; Basic CAD modeling experience with Solid Works a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in projects related to automation, layout changes and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing to develop and refine production processes.
- Investigate manufacturing challenges and design machine-based solutions.
- Analyze process data, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations..
- Help document and standardize procedures to ensure consistent product quality and performance.
