About The Position

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for a Summer 2026 Opportunity. During this internship, you will get the opportunity to monitor and identify opportunities for improvement, increasing productivity while maintaining product quality. As the ideal candidate, this Internship will give you a natural drive to improve processes Objectives of this Role: Collaborate with our experienced manufacturing engineering team to analyze existing systems and processes and identify value-added and non-value-added activities to solve design challenges. Learn to conceive, design, develop, and test innovative solutions based on analysis and organizational objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and engineering specifications. Assist in the development and revision of work instructions and training materials. Uphold the company’s reputation by delivering innovative solutions while adhering to local and national regulations. Work on designing and developing robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and improve processes and ensure best practices. Assist team in analyzing and planning work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment for maximum workforce efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus.
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial internship experience is advantageous but not required.
