Responsibilities
- Assisting in product changes and equipment transfers to enhance production capabilities.
- Creating and refining floor layouts to optimize machine placement and space utilization .
- Developing data-driven solutions to identify bottlenecks and streamline capacity planning.
- Monitoring new production equipment to ensure adherence to performance and safety standards.
- Validating equipment specifications to meet product requirements and engineering standards.
- Analyzing and preparing reports on project timelines, KPIs, and execution progress for leadership review.
