Irving (if applicable) Relocation costs (if applicable) Responsibilities Equipment Reliability and Uptime Improvement Projects Waste Reduction Initiatives Root Cause Failure Analysis Preventive Maintenance Systems Work in cross functional teams from quality, safety, and paper making to drive business initiatives Working with vendors supplying high level services in all these areas Interacting with Operators who run our assets Aligning groups of people to develop processes, procedures and policy The candidate will have the opportunity to work roughly 50 hours per week Conducting trials for new products and efficiency improvements Exposure to several first Quartile Assets in the Tissue Manufacturing business
