Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a relevant field
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think outside the box
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed process documentation.
  • Design and produce tooling and specialized equipment for ball manufacturing utilizing both additive and traditional manufacturing methods.
  • Collaborate closely with shopfloor staff to identify potential improvements and implement efficiencies on the production floor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing and quality requirements are met with timely task completion.
