This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in Puerto Rico . Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting engineering teams with various projects, including design, testing, and process optimization of single use products and systems. Administrative Shift: 8am-5pm

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, or another Engineering field.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Able to effectively work, communicate (written and verbal), and collaborate with peers and other business areas.
• Analytical and problem-solving must identify solutions to problems within the scope of responsibility and implement corrective action.
• Computer knowledge of various applications- including Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Minitab Statistical software, and AutoCAD.
• Effective Prioritization, Planning, and Time Management: Must be able to organize and plan workload on several projects concurrently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments, collect data, and perform preliminary analysis under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the creation and revision of technical documentation, such as CAD drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to manufacturing processes or product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by engineering staff to support departmental objectives.
