The Lead Manufacturing Engineering Specialist will work in a production shop environment and serve as manufacturing engineer, learning the processes, hardware, specs, and quality requirements. You will have hardware ownership as ME with T700/CT7 engines and/or component hardware of a T700/CT7 engine. T700 engine assembly will be undergoing a transformation during 2026-2027 which will expose them to lean principles and techniques. This is an invaluable opportunity to be in a dynamic area with regular report outs and visibility to senior leadership. Manufacturing Engineer will be coached and given autonomy to have a fulfilling role with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. High opportunity area for RCCA and process improvement. KPIs include (safety) improvement of I&I's and ergonomics, (quality) first time yield improvements and loss reduction through rework and scrap reduction activities, (delivery) engines and spares shipped, (inventory) reduction of non-nettable inventory, (productivity) process improvements to increase efficiency.
