As a PTME Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in bringing
Ford’s next generation of powertrain technology to life. You will be responsible
for the end-to-end development, implementation, and optimization of engine
assembly processes and tooling. From initial virtual design and vendor
management to on-site launch execution, you will ensure our assembly lines are
engineered for world-class quality, efficiency, and safety. This role is the
vital link between product design and physical production, requiring a blend of
technical expertise, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
