The successful individual must be flexible, capable of meeting P&G expectations, leading various action plan focus items, and implementing innovative programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering
- Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time
- Willing to relocate throughout the career
- 0-3 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Build an engineering mastery
- Provide support on engineering matters for the Business Unit and R&D innovation projects and initiatives
- Provide support on site engineering issues and problems
- Innovation of new and current product lines offered by the company
- Completing tasks that can range from the creating of a new product line to the development of new packages, the testing of new materials and the conversion of process to pave the way of the future
