About The Position
We are hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team within the Southern California Region. This position will be assigned to a specific apartment community, with opportunities to grow within our portfolio.
Requirements
- 1+ year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
- Pick up trash and keep common areas clean
- Perform general groundskeeping and pressure washing
- Report maintenance concerns promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
