As our Manufacturing Engineer, you'll spend your day designing and implementing Lean Manufacturing Engineering strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste. You'll analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that production processes are accurate by interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll optimize manufacturing systems and provide technical guidance to production staff. From conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to monitoring key performance indicators, your expertise will directly drive continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facility. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing Lean Manufacturing Engineering strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
