Manufacturing Engineer
About The Position
This role is in Southwest Ohio as part of the Ford Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME) Organization We are seeking motivated professionals with a passion for excellence in Manufacturing, Problem Solving, and driving robustness into the PTME Engineering factory. This position reports to the PTME Delivery team Program Manager or Program Leader as a Delivery Program Engineer. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PTME program deliverables and will be leading PTME launch teams through all phases of Manufacturing Program Delivery from the early cost study phase through rate of climb (ROC) This position aligns with Ford OS Behaviors of Excellence, Focus & Collaboration. You will work in a cross-functional, technology driven environment and be given opportunities to demonstrate your leadership and communication skills while developing your Ford Leadership Behaviors.
