About The Position

Your work will contribute to the production of advanced jet engines, components, and integrated systems that power commercial and military aircraft. The GE Aerospace facility in Madisonville, KY produces a mix of more than 800 unique High Pressure Turbine Blades and Nozzles in support of 37 aircraft engine programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university ( or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing and/ or Manufacturing Engineering Specialist experience)

Responsibilities

Production and prototype
Tool Management
Standard Work development and/or improvements
Machine programming and program offsets for production machines
Cycle time Analysis for process improvements using Lean strategies
Driving Root Cause and Corrective Actions for your production lines
Daily Management on providing information concerning your production lines performance
Integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
