Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2026 Manufacturing Engineer Intern. In this position, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying capabilities within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. You will support the company's Digital Transformation and 1LMX initiative by helping ensure our PLM systems meet today's program needs and are ready for what's ahead. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Digital Enterprise Systems or relevant degree from an accredited college or university.
- Previous experience (or expressed interest) working in an Operations role with a manufacturing focus.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a related industry preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control.
- Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and principles as well as work measurements and labor standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint
