A Day in the Life In this role as a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will support manufacturing operations within one of the Nathan Lane cleanrooms by working closely with manufacturing technicians, quality engineers, other manufacturing engineers, and cross‑functional partners including R&D, Strategic Sourcing, Quality, and Packaging. You will help support and maintain manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts while gaining hands‑on experience in a regulated production environment. The Manufacturing Engineer I will assist with validation execution, process improvements, equipment implementation, and manufacturing documentation under the guidance of more senior engineers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in manufacturing engineering, lean principles, and structured problem solving while supporting day‑to‑day manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and motivated to build a strong technical foundation in medical device manufacturing.
