This is how you will grow: Improving / continuous improvement projects working hand-in-hand with MFE personnel Example projects: camera integrations, poke-yoke / sensor installations, updating PLC programming, etc. Troubleshooting machine downtime / PLC issues with IT and Maintenance Controls teams

Requirements

  • Preferred B.S. Engineering (or equivalent experience working in engineering role for 5+ years)
  • Siemens PLC experience / training
  • Experience with programming / setup of camera systems (Keyence, Cognex, etc.)
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems and how they function
  • Knowledge of MES systems/layer and how they function
  • Ability to read electrical drawings
  • SQL Server Management Studio querying
  • Ideally a fast learner, as we will have to train on a proprietary controls standard
  • Siemens TIA Portal experience (mostly troubleshooting, ground up programming not required)
  • Vision system experience (ideally Keyence)

Responsibilities
