The Manufacturing Compliance Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily task assignments to ensure the right work reaches the right people at the right time. They conduct final reviews of documentation, create and maintain clear work instructions, and provide hands‑on training to keep team members aligned with required procedures. They’re also responsible for monitoring and reinforcing compliance across the teams and supporting P4G goals by driving continuous improvement and operational discipline. This position reports to the Manager of Manufacturing Compliance and Continuous Improvement and is part of the Operations team located in Coralville and will be an on-site role. Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Associate degree with at least three years of relevant review experience, or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent exposure to compliance‑driven operations.
  • Technical & Functional Expertise: Demonstrated experience coordinating work, conducting final reviews, and ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and exceptional attention to detail to support accurate, compliant, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assigning and coordinating daily work to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Training team members and reinforcing compliance with regulatory, safety, and internal quality standards
  • Performing final reviews of documentation and deliverables to verify completeness and adherence to requirements
  • Supporting P4G and continuous‑improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance and compliance culture
