Manufacturing Team Lead

Full Time Starting pay from $23.50 Monday-Friday 6AM-6PM availability (Sat availability required)
Requirements
- Successful in defining and implementing effective processes
- Successful in leading teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Standing for Long Periods of Time
- Lifting Up to 60 Pounds
- Reaching, bending, pulling, and pushing
- Prior leadership experience or minimum 12 months in role as Team Operator at The Killer Brownie Company
- Strong Knowledge of SQF and GMPs.
Responsibilities
- Champions a culture of safety by modeling and always enforcing safe work practices
- Drives high performance and continuous improvement with a strong commitment to product quality and product safety
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources accordingly to meet daily targets.
- Assists in performing and conducting accurate daily SQF documentation
- Maintains an efficient, safe, and clean work environment
- Understands Manufacturing instructions as documented on Killer Brownie recipes and other related documentation
- Assists in training, mentoring, and developing the Manufacturing team to ensure a high-performance culture is fostered among all team members.
- Maintains clear and consistent communication with the FSQA, Packaging, Maintenance, Baking and Warehouse teams.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role
- Oversees the department in absence of department supervisor.
