The Role: The Entegris site in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team. This critical role supports the daily functions of the Hillsboro manufacturing plant by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks . A successful Administrative Assistant will ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the site.

Requirements

  • High school diploma /GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an administrative role supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail , with the ability to multi-ta sk and manage competing priorities
  • Expertise in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Reliability and dependability

Nice To Haves

  • E xperience supporting a 24/7/365 manufacturing environment
  • Strong c ustomer service and vendor management skills
  • Experience using the following software: SAP, Ariba, Concur, Et Q , Workday , ADP
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide general support to visitors, ensuring compliance with sign-in processes, issuing badges and overseeing general entrance security
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area present a professional and welcoming environment for visitors
  • Manage the o ffice s upply room, placing orders, keeping an updated list of common ly purchased items, and ensuring the supply rooms are organized and stocked
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference room s, and facilitating customer visits , including managing catering
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail
  • Draft and manage site communications , ensuring that communication is clear, timely and engaging to employees (i.e. create/edit content for TV monitors , email s, posters, site calendar, etc. )
  • Maintain and update accurate records in various systems and oversee administration of programs related to the site and Operations
  • Input data into systems , ensure records are complete , and compile data for Operations metrics
  • Answer the phone, deliver messages, and keep the voicemail message current in a low-volume call environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide general administrative support to the Site Leader
