The principal functions of the Store Systems – Mango Report Specialist are managing account setup, basic support of the system, and input into Help content and QA testing. The Mango Report Account Manager also provides “Do It For Me” services where stores pay to have Mango process certain reports within their systems. Store Systems and Operations is responsible for researching, developing, field testing, marketing, deploying and training best practices for all of the day-to-day tasks associated with operating an Ace store, of which Mango Report (recently purchased by Ace) is a major piece of Ace’s inventory management best practices. This department either owns the store operational processes (Inventory Management, Financial Management, People Management) or partners with functional areas of the company (Marketing/Promotions, Store Environment, Loss Prevention) to deliver the optimal store procedures (Ace Way of Retailing) and technology solutions (POS, mobile, payments, ACENET, Mango Report, Hey ARMA and the Ace Retailer Mobile Assistant - ARMA) to help our retailers maximize profits, decrease expenses and service their customers. What you’ll do: Set up new stores on Mango Report Access stores’ systems and install needed communication protocol to pass data from system to Mango Report Set-up new branch stores for existing chains Update contact and account emails Maintain setup and support calendars – scheduling appointments Epicor to Mango Connections Mango Report requires daily data feeds from 1,700 Eagle servers and two PCs per server (3,400 total computers). Monitor and resolve daily data connection issues (computer replacement / new computers, IP address changes, anti-virus issue resolution) Support tickets and phone calls (all inbound phone traffic) – report questions / help, Eagle ‘how-to’ support, theory behind the metrics (explanation of reports and their functionality) Sell the benefits of Mango Report – phone and Ace conventions Quality Assurance and Content Update Help content as needed Follow up on bounced and undelivered report emails UPC x-links Quality Check (root out bad UPCs that stores or Ace mis-assigned) OM / RU issues (wrong settings in store or from Ace) Assortment Report product description affinity (review Ace descriptions to identify items that are, in essence, the same as another SKU) – used to ensure Mango doesn’t recommend a store add the same type of SKU as one a store already carries. SKU Sync - $500 per store – Fix SKU issues causing out-of-stocks, POS problems, and more Catalog Sync - $500 per store – Align Catalog hierarchy (department, class, fineline) for analysis and hot sheets Delete Report - $200 per store – Remove safe-to-delete SKUs from your server Bundle - $1000 per store – All three services above, billed over 4 months
