Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience building Workday reports (HCM, Finance, Payroll). - Required
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT). Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in business or technology management. Preferred
  • Experience with Prism Analytics and calculated fields- Preferred.
  • Workday Reporting or Advanced Reporting certification strongly - Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom reports using Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT tools.
  • Create dashboards and scorecards leveraging Workday Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards.
  • Optimize report performance and ensure adherence to governance and best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into accurate reporting solutions.
  • Validate data integrity and troubleshooting discrepancies across multiple Workday domains.
  • Support compliance reporting for HR, Finance, and regulatory audits.​​
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to define reporting needs and KPIs.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users on Workday reporting tools.
  • Act as subject matter expert for reporting standards and governance.
  • Monitor reporting queues and prioritize requests based on organizational needs.
  • Maintain report libraries, update documentation, and implement enhancements.
  • Support integration-related reporting and ensure security compliance.
