About The Position
Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for a Mandarin Cultural Trainer to provide customized in-person training to our clients. Job Information: Looking for a Mandarin-speaking cross-cultural trainer based in Kuala Lumpur to conduct training, and help clients become familiar with working across cultures Format: 1-day group training Students: approximately 10 employees who are senior leaders from China and Hong Kong Schedule and location are TBA Language of the presentation: It should be held in Mandarin language Client´s native language: Mandarin Program outline: Must be tailored to the student´s needs. Cross-cultural leadership training and local business etiquettes.
Requirements
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- Certificate or degree in intercultural communication, language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience

- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
