About The Position

In-person Mandarin-speaking bilingual tutor will provide ELA literacy support through both push-in and pull-out services. The tutor will support students in Grades 6–8, working closely with classroom teachers to strengthen reading comprehension, writing skills, and overall literacy development. The position runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., delivering targeted academic support in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ELA literacy support through both push-in and pull-out services.
• Support students in Grades 6–8.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to strengthen reading comprehension, writing skills, and overall literacy development.
• Deliver targeted academic support in a school-based setting.
• Provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in Math, Reading & Writing, Science, and other core subjects during school hours.
• Work alongside teachers and school staff to support classroom instruction, reinforce learning, and help multilingual students succeed.
