A deep understanding of Salesforce and the related ecosystem is required from an enterprise standpoint to influence Salesforce capabilities to satisfy business objectives.o    Requires deep understanding of system architecture, data architecture, security architecture among other areas•    Requires contextual awareness of the benefits and limitations of Salesforce to understand when certain business objectives may require other technologies integrated to provide for designing for business solutions.•    Instill governance and Salesforce best practices into the IT landscape to help drive how solutions are driven through the pipeline•    Drive AI related strategies (Agentforce 360) into the Business and IT roadmap to help influence future growth.•    Technical Lead / Application Architect on large scale, complex customer environments involving multiple business units.•    Strong Salesforce to external systems integration (using APIs and IPaaS tools like Mulesoft, etc.)•    Strong communication skills and proficiency in leading content and strategies to both IT and Business; this involves understanding business objectives and translating requirements into solutions utilizing Salesforce or other related technologies and liaising with IT to outline pros and cons of certain design approaches.•    Likely working towards Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.Job Description - Grade SpecificResponsibilities:•    Lead the Salesforce architecture vision, shaping application architecture and aligning it with the platform roadmap.•    Design scalable, sustainable solutions within Salesforce, keeping governor limits, API limits, and large data volumes in mind.•    Leverage deep understanding of Salesforce (Sales and/or Service Cloud) to drive architectural decisions.•    Build and demonstrate proof-of-concepts (POCs) to help stakeholders understand proposed solutions.•    Accurately estimate workload based on user stories and contribute to planning.•    Regularly review existing implementations and recommend optimization opportunities.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $101,300-230,790. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
