We're looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone's journeys better. Reporting to the VP, Operations, manages and directs the operation of multiple United Airline catering units or "flight kitchens" with gross revenues of $60+ million and a direct and indirect headcount of 700+ employees. Responsible for providing full leadership and operational accountability for the performance and P&L achievement of each Unit. Further accountability includes ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, Security and Customs responsibilities, as well as people development.
