The Managing Director, Demand Generation is the enterprise leader accountable for defining, scaling, and optimizing demand generation strategies that drive customer (D2C) and client (B2B) acquisition, retention, and cross‑sell across Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth. This role manages the demand generation engine, ensuring that enterprise and business marketing growth strategies are translated into high‑impact, efficient, and measurable marketing execution. This leader will build and lead a high‑performing team of campaign designers and email marketers responsible for executing demand programs targeted to customers, clients, and brokers in support of acquisition, retention, and cross‑sell goals. Success in this role is measured by operational excellence and business outcomes, including efficiency, impact delivered, quality and consistency of content, and strong adoption of shared marketing technology and data platforms.
