About The Position

Manages relationships with business and technology partners in defining, developing, and implementing solutions that have impact on improving the business. Manage compliance to key performance indicators (KPI) and service level objectives (SLAs) used to monitor and drive high standards of service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15-20 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • Experience in managing application support teams, including maintenance, integration, and implementation of software applications.
  • Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering and ITIL
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for Production Services processes, governance, and supporting technology.
  • Experience in managing relationships with business and technology partners to drive solutions that impact the business.
  • People leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
