You’ll oversee a caseload while guiding a team of clinicians and technicians , along with additional responsibilities , including :

Requirements

Master's d egree
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with autism
Proven success in training and leading a team
Exc eptional interpersonal skills with staff and families
Superior oral and written communication skill s
Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates
Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to walk, stand , and sit for long periods of time
Must have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objects
Required at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch , or crawl
May be to exert physical control of clients in accordance with ABA guidelines

Responsibilities

Manage a team of 2 to 4 master’s-level supervisors and oversee a team of 15 to 25 behavior technicians
Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients
Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards
Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive clinical programming
Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
Partner with Clinical Director regarding staffing and scheduling for clients
Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
