Q ualifications for this role include: Master's d egree Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with autism Proven success in training and leading a team Exc eptional interpersonal skills with staff and families Superior oral and written communication skill s Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds . . Must be able to walk, stand , and sit for long periods of time Must have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objects Required at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch , or crawl May be to exert physical control of clients in accordance with ABA guidelines What You’ll Be Doing This is a leadership and clinical excellence role.
