Requirements

Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Valid Arizona Memory Care Certification (can be provided by Via Elegante)
Valid in-person CPR and First Aid Certification Red cross or American Heart Association
Proof of Negative TB Test (can be provided by Via Elegante)
Strong problem-solving skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving
Clear background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Provide dignified assistance with personal care
Foster independence while honoring the unique choices of each resident
Recognize and address their spiritual, social, recreational, emotional, and physical needs, ensuring a supportive environment.
Conduct routine health assessments
Monitor vital signs
Assist with mobility and safety during transfers
Aid residents with personal hygiene tasks
Provide compassionate end-of-life care to ensure peace and dignity
Assist with meals, accommodate special dietary needs, and monitor hydration levels.
