We are seeking an experienced Managing Attorney to provide hands on legal leadership and operational oversight as the firm continues to scale. The Managing Attorney's primary responsibility is to ensure strong case management, team performance, and client service consistency, particularly around client engagement, case timelines, quality of work, and outcomes. This role blends legal expertise with team leadership, process improvement, and close partnership with firm leadership. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building structure, developing attorneys and staff, and translating legal strategy into clear, executable actions that drive results. Requirements: This role requires approximately three months of on-site training in our Maryland offices. All travel expenses during this period will be covered.
