As a managing attorney on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a leadership role while also maintaining a small case load. Providing legal representation to Progressive or clients, you'll handle cases from beginning to end. As a manager, you'll also make employment decisions, handle performance management, monitor the department budget, make compensation decisions and develop employees. To be considered, candidates must reside within the state of Ohio. Must-have qualifications Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) and a minimum of five years general/auto civil litigation experience. Admitted to practice law in Ohio This position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance. This position requires compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies. Requirements
