As the Manager of Yield and Programmatic Operations at Best Buy Ads, you'll lead the charge in optimizing our retail media network's programmatic advertising performance and revenue generation. This hands-on role combines technical expertise in ad serving platforms with strategic thinking around yield management and programmatic execution. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business, driving pricing strategies, managing floor optimization, and ensuring seamless programmatic deal execution across PMP and PG channels. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, or New York City, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
