We are currently looking for a Programmatic Operations Manager to support programmatic monetization on our SSP and deliver top performance for our advertisers. This role will take part in all aspects of pre and post-sale of programmatic activity. This includes aggregating premium supply and data sets, setting up PMPs/private marketplace deals, optimizing performance, troubleshooting any issues, identifying upsell opportunities and conducting post-campaign performance wrap reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic client support role
  • Familiarity with oRTB protocol
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant experience in leveraging large data sets to drive informed business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate the big picture and support with clear & factual data points
  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines based on strategic value
  • Ability to collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, conditional logic) as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Work across teams to lead onboarding, activation, optimization and support of key clients within the Aperture MX marketplace
  • Provide high level of customer service with effective communication, timely responses to requests, and proactive resolutions to potential issues
  • Monitor day-to-day activity and revenue trends on the exchange on a macro and micro level
  • Ensure maximum revenue potential is being delivered for all key accounts through strategic account planning, optimization, troubleshooting, as well as identifying new upsell opportunities
  • Prepare and present internal and client facing decks, reports and QBRs
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products as well as the greater digital advertising ecosystem
