Saving children.® Job Description The Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics leads the design, development, and execution of enterprise workforce planning strategies. This role uses data-driven insights, forecasting models, and workforce analytics to ensure the organization has the talent capacity, skills, and structure needed to achieve business objectives. The manager collaborates closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to deliver actionable intelligence, optimize staffing decisions, and enhance workforce effectiveness.
