The opportunity - Manager, Union Payroll (Commercials) (Remote - USA) The Manager of Union Payroll (Commercials) oversees all aspects of the Commercials Union Payroll team, including payroll processing, remittances, and other union payroll operational tasks. This role serves as the subject-matter expert for Commercials, with deep knowledge of AICP and PHBP agreements, benefit funds, and union terms, and acts as the key operational decision-maker for Commercials union payroll matters. This role partners closely with Product and cross-functional leaders to manage Commercials payroll operations, respond to audits, resolve customer and internal escalations, and ensure high-quality, compliant payroll delivery while meeting all KPIs.
