The Manager, Treasury Operations is responsible for managing the entire cash management function including the development and management of systems for the effective collection of revenues and payment of obligations. The incumbent will provide leadership and direction to ensure efficient use of cash resources, minimizing financial risk and maintaining banking relationships. This role will oversee the implementation of Treasury department initiatives and process improvements, and ensures all actions are in compliance with state financial laws.
