The Manager, TPRM Implementations is responsible for leading a team of Implementation Specialists dedicated to onboarding clients onto Ncontracts’ Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions. This role ensures consistent, high-quality client experiences by driving operational excellence, project efficiency, and continuous process improvement. The Manager will coach and develop team members, monitor key performance metrics including utilization, project completion timelines, client satisfaction, and retention indicators; and identify and implement strategies for improvement. This leader will play a key role in evolving and scaling TPRM implementation practices, promoting best-in-class service delivery and long-term client adoption.
