The Manager, Total Rewards is accountable for the performance and results of the Total Rewards team. The role closely partners with HR leadership to address complex Total Rewards issues and collaborates with various departments. The role has expertise in interpreting and administering departmental policies, analyzing Total Rewards trends, and providing guidance to further contribute to fostering a compliant and ethical work environment.
