What you'll do... Position Summary Join our Marketplace Payments and Financial Services team as a key member, leading innovative payment solutions and enabling the monetization of seller services and new Fintech services for Marketplace Sellers. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and make a significant impact on our platform's growth. What You'll Do Understand needs of Walmart’s services ecosystems, and develop and implement payment monetization strategies and tools to support new and existing seller services Ensure close collaboration with Account management, Seller Services, Marketing and Operations to drive adoption of billing and monetization services with sellers. Build key measurements and a test/iterate philosophy to improve results Lead advancements in billing strategies and payment mechanisms, including innovative solutions for international segments Create and own billing risk management frameworks, partnering with Finance, Risk and Compliance to define policies for seller billing eligibility, limits, and exception handling Build and scale collections and recovery strategies for failed or delinquent seller payments Lead billing and monetization solutions that support international markets, including local payment methods, currencies, tax structures, and regulatory nuances and partner with regional teams to adapt billing models to local payment preferences and compliance requirements Create and execute a detailed roadmap for billing solutions, optimizing the recovery process in collaboration with product, technology, and operations teams Partner with business teams to customize billing solutions, reduce payment costs, and minimize bad debt Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure appropriate agreements and regulatory compliance Create quantitative measurements to track success of the programs and prepare cost benefit analysis to get finance and leadership approvals Key Success Criteria Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive ownership and accountability.
