Summary As a Manager of Technical Account Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of Wiz customers in your region. You will oversee a team of highly skilled Technical Account Managers, “TAMs”. Technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and strong leadership skills will be essential in addressing both the technical and business requirements of the role. TAMs serve as the bridge between customers and the broader Wiz team. You’ll streamline collaboration between Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support for a cohesive customer experience.
