About The Position

The Manager, Team Sponsorship Operations and Strategy, creates and implements standardized sales and sponsorship administrative processes across LIV Golf's 13 team ecosystem. This role involves developing and maintaining reporting systems, supporting CRM implementation (Salesforce), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and strategic analysis to help drive revenue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and experienced in managing reporting systems, CRM platforms (particularly Salesforce), and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with proven strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales and partnership dynamics
  • Proven advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Comprehensive understanding of the corporate sponsorship process, from prospecting and proposals to contract and execution
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and clearly report findings
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated success in managing CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred) and delivering high-impact reporting and insights within a dynamic sales organization or team
  • Proven experience in a business development, commercial strategy, or sales operations role, ideally within sports, media, or entertainment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal Product team to oversee the implementation of CRM Salesforce adoption for all of LIV Golf's 13 teams
  • Collaborate with team GMs, staff and agencies to oversee the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and usability at all times
  • Develop and manage robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic planning and performance tracking
  • Work with internal Insights team to manage, update and implement use of standardized sponsorship rate cards for all of LIV Golf's 13 teams
  • Take a lead role in developing proof of performance protocols for teams for both internal use and to inform sponsorship recap reports
  • Monitor and share best practices across teams regarding sponsorship material, proposals and value proposition
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in reporting and analytics
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making and drive commercial outcomes
