This role involves the strategic deployment of talent plans, talent reviews, succession planning, high potential identification, development programs, performance motivation, and goal setting. The manager will support the deployment of People Solutions initiatives to global corporate functions and design/execute talent projects for specific strategic functions, building partnerships with People Solutions, People Partners (HRBPs), and senior business leaders.
