About The Position

The Talent Manager will play a critical role in supporting global talent management and development initiatives across MN8 Energy. Reporting to the Director of Talent, this individual will help design, implement, and optimize programs that elevate our employee experience, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build the workforce of the future. This role is ideal for a highly organized, people-centered professional who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, evolving company environment.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and tools; experience with talent platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) is a plus.
  • Passion for learning, growth, and creating positive employee experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional organizations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of MN8’s global talent management strategy, including performance management, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Manage the annual talent review cycle, coordinating timelines, communications, and reporting analytics.
  • Support the buildout and launch of learning programs, leadership curricula, and development pathways for all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and content providers to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and employee growth across the globe.
  • Support the implementation of competency frameworks, career architecture, and role clarity initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing company-wide events, workshops, and talent-focused touchpoints.
  • Generate reporting and insights from talent systems to support data-driven decisions.
  • Track KPIs related to talent development, performance, and retention.
  • Maintain high data accuracy within talent platforms and tools.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders for global talent projects.
  • Assist with communications, enablement materials, and change management efforts.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
