About The Position

TA Manager, Support Office Position Summary The TA Manager, Support Office serve as the architect and driver of foundational recruiting processes and policies for our Fort Mill, SC Support Office and executive leadership support. This role is responsible for creating simplified, well-adopted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that establish consistency, governance, and scalability across all corporate and executive hiring activities. Success in this role requires a strategic, disciplined recruitment professional who can move beyond reactive recruiting to deliver repeatable, structured processes that elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

  • Must be able to be onsite at the support office a minimum of three (3) days a week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years account management or team management.
  • Proven ability to design and implement recruiting processes and SOPs that drive adoption and consistency.
  • Experience in vendor management, including evaluation, negotiation, and governance.
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills; able to hold difficult conversations with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize strategic work over reactive tasks and maintain focus on long-term objectives.
  • Expertise in ATS systems and recruitment technology.

Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Governance Create and implement clear, simple, and adoptable SOPs governing corporate and executive recruitment.
  • Establish policies and standards for director-level and above interview processes, including: Panel composition and roles Interview facilitation protocols Debrief and assessment methodology Drive consistency and compliance across all corporate hiring practices.
  • Vendor Strategy & Evaluation Define the framework for evaluating and recommending staffing vendors and contingent staffing firms.
  • Develop decision criteria and education tools for hiring managers on when to leverage external vendors versus in-house recruiting.
  • Lead challenging coaching conversations with leadership teams to enforce vendor usage standards and cost discipline.
  • Act as an integral part of the implementation of a Vendor Management System and drive adoption across users.
  • Stakeholder Education & Influence Deliver structured guidance to hiring managers and executives on recruiting best practices, process adherence, and resource utilization.
  • Champion adoption of ticketing systems and self-service tools, ensuring operational efficiency and reducing unnecessary escalations.
  • Operational Excellence Build repeatable workflows that minimize distractions and prevent derailment by non-core activities.
  • Ensure delegation and prioritization of tasks through technology and team enablement.
  • Monitor compliance and adoption of processes; adjust based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Leadership & Team Development Coach and develop a high-performing team of recruiters focused on process discipline and strategic recruiting outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruitment Responsible for full-desk recruitment of select support office jobs on an ongoing basis.
